Enjoyed the picturesque surroundings and the excellent home-cooked food. the hotel's proximity to skiing facilities was a bonus and the room was comfortable and clean.
The hotel's staff had limited English and German-speaking abilities, which made communication a little challenging. the hotel's online menu was not up to date with the dishes served daily.

Fantastic location for our mountain running holiday. The staff were very helpful with all of our needs. Extremely friendly, which also coincided with the nature of all of the people we came across in the area. We went in summer but intend going back there to ski. The busses stop right outside the hotel form Paluzza as do the ones heading from the opposite direction. Public transport to the hotel is very well organised. Our room had one large double bed and a single. 10 out of 10 for cleanliness.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, renovated room.
The ac did not work and there was no heating. Few minutes after I called the reception we got a heater and it was warmer. No wifi.

Great views from the hotel and comfortable rooms. The area where it's located was very quiet and perfect for relaxation. The staff was polite and the food was decent.
The hotel didn't live up to my expectations. The website made it seem like the hotel had more amenities than it actually did.
